全自动平板模滚牙机可自动为螺栓进行全滚牙。它的最大优势在于横向进料。可为800毫米长螺丝和双头螺栓进行高速全滚牙。

The “All-in-one” Bolt-maker applies a new modular concept that allows customer to complete all production procedures in one machine. Such procedures can be: de-coiling, wire feeding, cutting, two step heading, reducing, pointing, thread rolling etc. ejection of the finished products, marking, packing and so on - all of these completely automatic high-speed applications are in one machine.
 By doing it in this way, the total production time & cost will be reduced and the productivity increases dramatically. Such Bolt-Makers can produce bolts length up to 1.5 meter, the bolt thread diameter up to 14mm, productivity will be up to 230 pcs per minute.
Beside the Bolt-maker there is a Flat-Die Thread-Roller for the production of fully threaded screws and studs as well. The main advantage is the horizontal feeding of the blanks. The machine allows a maximum thread length up to 800mm at high speed.
