珠三角紧固件技术工人俱乐部/协会是一家具有特色的公益性组织，创办于2012年,发展至今。它主要是以技术发展为核心力量，凝聚行业技术人才，专业研究和探讨技术专长并分享各自实操经验，弘扬工匠精神，解决未来技术人才断层、脱节等问题。

协会的成立，也肩负着团结一心、同业和共荣的发展使命。服务范围：提升技能，招工和找人，技术咨询、技术指导、技术交流和培训、人才培养、文化娱乐以及法律援助等。

同时加强与企业之间的沟通，增强人与人之间的相互信任、理解和尊重，构建和谐的劳资关系，充分发挥广大技术工人在改革开放和经济建设中的作用。让技术工人平等参与社会建设，共享劳动和经济发展成果，在城市中更好的生存和发展。

The Pearl River Delta Fastener Technical Workers Club/Association is a distinctive public welfare organization, founded in 2012, has developed to date.
